As we experienced firsthand in our inaugural short-term missions trip in 2009 to Emmanuel Children’s Home in Juarez, Mexico, the kids we served were not the only ones impacted. In the end, our lives were changed and faith deepened as we saw the face of Christ in a different place and culture.
